Wind energy
Wind power is currently among the cheapest sources of large-scale renewable energy. It involves generating electricity from the naturally occurring power of the wind. Wind turbines capture wind energy within the area swept by their blades. The spinning blades drive an electrical generator that produces electricity for export to the grid.

Turbine technology
Wind turbine technology is constantly evolving and we’ll be using the latest and most efficient technology available. Technology advances mean that fewer turbines are needed to produce the same energy. With that in mind, final detail in relation to the size and capacity of the turbines for the project will depend on the outcomes of environmental and social assessments, as well as available technology at the time of construction.
